Bert's Bar & Grill
Here is a really neat place to go to and it is a blast and you will meet all kinds of different people.
Have you gone to Bert's Bar & Grill in Matlacha, this is a very cool and rustic place. Bert's Bar provides a really neat atmosphere not seen in to many other places. This is a good thing. The people you will meet here are very nice. Yes the food is really good too. Bert's has been written up several times in the reviews. One of my favorite appetizer dishes is the Sauteed Scallops and the Buffalo shrimp are great too. This is a great place to come to after day of boating, fishing or beaching it. You can go dine inside and enjoy the live entertainment or eat out on the deck overlooking the bay. Oh, and the sunsets are amazingly beautiful. There are so may great things to say abouts Bert's Bar, I think it would better for you to just go check out their website. You have got to go there, you will have a great time!!!!! It is really fun and you can let loose.. Bert's Website is..www.Bertsbar.com or 239-282-3232.
Be sure to sign up the Bert's Bar & Grill Newsletter and upcoming events.
How do you get there?
From the mouth of the Caloosahatchee River, heading towards the miserable mile. Look to your right and you will see a well marked channel heading up into Matlacha. Follow this well marked channel to Matlacha Bridge. Before you get to the bridge look to your right, you cannot miss Bert's Bar & Grill. You should have room to park your boat at the docks. Have fun!!!!
