Jerry earned an Associate's degree in finance from Columbia College, a Business Management degree from University of Maryland University College, and a Masters in Business Administration from Arkansas State University.
Personal Information
Jerry and Sandy have two children, Katy and Patrick and two Jack Russell Terriers, Bella and Bruno. Katy lives with her husband Ryan in Seattle, and Patrick, Bella and Bruno live with Jerry and Sandy in Cape Coral. Jerry is devoted to his family and gives his clients the same level of commitment.
Born and raised in Blytheville, Arkansas, Jerry moved to Ft. Lauderdale, FL in 1969 and graduated from Stranahan High School. He joined the Navy in 1970 and retired after 28 years as a Master Chief Navy Counselor.
Jerry has lived Florida for a total of 12 years in the following cities: Ft. Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, Jupiter, Hobe Sound, Kissimmee, and Pensacola.
After retiring from the Navy, Jerry moved to Sigonella, Italy where he lived and work for two years while traveling throughout Europe.
He returned to the United States in 2000, and worked in workforce and economic development for Mid-South Community College in West Memphis, Arkansas until December 2010.
Jerry is an avid boater, he enjoys, playing golf, fishing, scuba diving, and being on and near the water. His love for the water is the precise reason he and his family moved to Cape Coral, Florida.

He specializes in waterfront and homes near the water, golf course homes, condominiums, new construction and development property throughout Lee County, including Fort Myers, Ft Myers Beach, Cape Coral, Sanibel, Captiva, Bonita Springs, and Pine Island; in cooperation with other Builders, Realtors and Developers.
Jerry started selling real estate in 2005 and brings a wealth of experience with him representing buyers, sellers and builders.
